Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson sat out their preseason opener against the Las Vegas Raiders on Saturday. But it won't be surprising if he felt absolutely exhausted after the game because of all the energy he expended in cheering on his teammates.

Jefferson was mic'd up during the third quarter and joined the TV broadcast. It felt like he was having a sugar rush with how he was pumped up, especially after JJ McCarthy’s 33-yard touchdown pass to Trent Sherfield.

The NFL shared on X a compilation of the glorious reactions of the former Offensive Player of the Year.

In another moment shared by the Vikings on X, Jefferson and coach Kevin O'Connell had a wholesome interaction on the bench. Upon learning that the three-time Pro Bowler was mic'd up, O'Connell shared a hilarious remark.

"Justin never stands by himself," O'Connell said. "(He's) the energy (guy), the ignitor. Why in the world is he standing off by himself, talking to himself? Now I know."

"Now you know, man," Jefferson replied with a smile.

The Vikings eked out a close win against the Raiders, 24-23.

Aside from Jefferson, the Vikings also rested safety Harrison Smith, running back Aaron Jones, and linebacker Jonathan Greenard.

The Vikings will next face the Cleveland Browns on August 17.
