The Philadelphia Eagles have already been decimated with injuries to start training camp.

That doesn't mean most of them are serious, though.

As Philadelphia returns to the practice field on Sunday morning, the Eagles saw a welcome addition to the rehab area - cornerback Cooper DeJean and safety Chauncey Gardner-Johnson.

Here's the video of both players working out on the side field.

DeJean suffered a hamstring injury before training camp began and was expected to be out for at least three weeks. This could be the final week of his recovery as he tries to make up for lost time as a second-round rookie.

In the case of Gardner-Johnson, he suffered a shoulder injury last week and has been out of practice since then. He has been a player who has dealt with injuries throughout his NFL career but provides leadership and vocal grit to the Eagles' defense they desperately needed from last year.

Philadelphia may not have both of their young defensive backs working in team drills yet, but it doesn't mean they aren't close to getting there.
