The NASCAR race at Richmond created plenty of buzz on Sunday night. Austin Dillon won the race in the final lap, but not after a controversial move.
Dillon caused Joey Logano to crash and then hooked Denny Hamlin. Dillon ended up as the winner and clinched his spot in the playoffs. As a result, Hamlin and Logano sent a stern message after the race , and it sparked a major controversy across the sport.
Dillon's move has also created plenty of backlash from fellow drivers at the race, including Bubba Wallace and plenty of others. Here's what Wallace said after the finish.
"I was ready to man up and go shake his hand... Can't do that now. That was kinda BS."
Plenty of other drivers shared their thoughts about the finish , including Logano (h/t Nate Ryan of NBC Sports).
"What do you want me to do?" Logano said. "What do you want me to tell you? I’m going to wreck him. Is that what you want me to say? I’m not going to say that. I got to go race. And I’ve got to go win.”

Paul Wolfe, Logano's crew chief, also made his feelings known (h/t Nate Ryan).
“It’s just a joke to call that racing anymore,” Wolfe stated.
Denny Hamlin and his crew chief were also irked by the finish.
Tyler Reddick, who finished second behind Dillon, didn't hide his feelings about the finish.
"Normally they penalize you, take away points, all sorts of stuff when you right hook people," Reddick said.
Logano also had a strong statement towards Dillon after the finish (h/t Frontstretch).
"I beat him fair and square on the restart and he just pulls a chicken**** move," Logano said. "He sucks, he's sucked his whole career and now he's gonna be in the playoffs, and good for him."
Dillon's finish at Richmond has caused quite a stir among fellow NASCAR drivers, and it will be interesting to see if they hand down any sort of discipline following the race.
