Aaron Rodgers has never been shy about doing everything needed to help the New York Jets become an NFL contender.

He took a $30 million paycut to help the team keep and add some of the top talent on the current roster, attended offseason practices when quarterbacks his age never do, and has worked hard to help transition the roster into his offense.

Now, the next stage of recruiting for Rodghers won't be about bringing available players to the Jets, but convincing one already on the roster to show up.

With Haason Reddick's holdout nearing a full month, the Jets have remained steadfast that they will not negotiate with a player who has not showed up to the team facility.

For his part, Rodgers said Tuesday he'd be willing to help him join his new teammates quickly.

"Yeah, it's possible. Anything's possible," Rodgers stated.

While Jets fans have made their thoughts on the matter known, disappointment in Reddick's holdout does not extend to the team's locker room.

In many ways, Rodgers is another player who understands and will stay out of the negotiating side of both Reddick and the Jets.

"I've played against Haason before, I don't know him well, I've had a couple of messages with him I believe, when he got traded," Rodgers said. "Obviously, we'd love for him to be here, but we don't judge him for trying to do what's best for him. I think what's best for him is to be a Jet because this is going to be a fun ride, but, you know, he's got to make the best decision for him and his family."

It may be a little while before Reddick and the Jets reach a resolution, but it;s clear Rodgers is ready to help wherever he can.
