Tickets for Huskers basketball games at Sanford Pentagon go on sale Thursday

Tickets for the Nebraska men’s and women’s basketball games at Sanford Pentagon this fall will go on sale Thursday morning.

The Nebraska women are set to face South Dakota on Nov. 16 with the men playing St. Mary’s the next day at the Sioux Falls arena.

Fans interested in attending either matchup can buy tickets starting at 10 a.m. on Thursday.

It’ll be the first appearance at the venue for the Husker women, who are coming off a 23-13 campaign that ended in the second round of the NCAA Tournament. It’ll also be a return to South Dakota for head coach Amy Williams, a native of Spearfish, located on the far west side of the state.

The men, on the other hand, will be playing at Sanford Pentagon for the third time. They played Oregon State there last November and got an 84-63 win. The Huskers men added seven transfers to three returning starters from last year’s NCAA Tournament team.

More information on both teams’ games at Sanford Pentagon will be released at a later date.
