Justin Simmons' 2-Word Reaction To $8 Million Falcons Deal

The Atlanta Falcons have made it clear this offseason that making the playoffs is a massive goal in 2024. The team first signed Kirk Cousins to a mega deal to be their new QB1 while also drafting Michael Penix Jr to be the veteran's backup.

Wednesday then rolled around, and the Falcons found a much-needed pass-rusher to strengthen their defense, trading for New England Patriots Pro Bowler Matthew Judon. Thursday? Star safety Justin Simmons also signed with Atlanta on a one-year deal worth $8 million.

Simmons was released by the Denver Broncos in March due to salary cap reasons but has now found a new home and by the sounds of it, he's excited for what's to come.

This was Simmons' reaction after putting pen to paper:

Simmons will form a dynamic partnership with Jessie Bates in the Falcons secondary. Things are looking up for Atlanta heading into the '24 campaign.
