Video Reveals How Simone Biles' Husband Talks About Her to His NFL Teammates

Behind all-time great Olympian Simone Biles is a proud husband: Jonathan Owens.

Owens, an NFL defensive back, received special permission from the Chicago Bears to leave training camp and watch Biles compete at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

There, he witnessed Biles further her legacy as the greatest gymnasts of all time — claiming four more Olympic medals (three gold and one silver).

When Owens returned to Chicago for training camp, one of his coaches put up a slideshow of photos celebrating Biles' Olympic success. He then prompted Owens to give a speech about his wife.

Owens stood up to a round of applause from his Chicago teammates.

"I just got off my flight, I had the honor of watching my wife get three gold medals," Owens said, as shown on the most recent episode of Hard Knocks. "She's the most decorated American gymnast in history, so I got to see her make history. I'm blessed."

Owens' teammate Jaylon Jones later asked him a question about Biles' greatness.

"So in the sports world, she's like LeBron and Jordan combined?" Jones asked.

"In that world, since it's an individual sport, it's kinda like how Serena was," Owens replied. "You just dominate, and you expected to come out and dominate, and you keep doing it."
