Kyle Long, former Oregon left tackle and three-time NFL All-Pro Guard with the Chicago Bears and Kansas City Chiefs, came on the Pat McAfee Show yesterday to talk ball, specifically the Oregon Ducks and how they will match up in the Big Ten.

Long said, "Oregon has to fight for their right to party in the Big Ten and it's such a historic conference."

"Oregon has the gusto to get it done and we love what they've done in Eugene"

"They'd better come out of the gate swinging because you can't let your guard down in the Big Ten."

Long played one season with the Ducks in 2012, part of the unit that paved the way for Kenjon Barner to carve up the USC defense for a school record 321 yards and five touchdowns in a 62-51 victory over the #17 Trojans in the Coliseum.

Even then the armchair pundits questioned the Ducks ability to get it done in the trenches. Barner was unstoppable that day-- the USC defense is still pedaling backward 12 years later.
