The Boston Red Sox (63-57) have been slumping of late. Going 10-15 since the All-Star Break, they now sit eight games back in the divisional race.

MLB Pipeline updated their prospect rankings this week, and the Red Sox now have five players that rank inside the top 100. How have those players done over the last week? Let's find out by taking a trip down on the farm.

Marcelo Mayer (#1 Prospect; #5 in MLB)

Mayer, 21, was among the three prospects who were promoted to the Triple-A Worcester Red Sox. While Mayer is still on the injured list, he is quickly approaching activation and his Triple-A debut.

Roman Anthony (#2 Prospect; #14 in MLB)

Anthony, 20, was the second of the three prospects promoted to the Triple-A Worcester Red Sox earlier this week. He has participated in three games since being promoted and has gone 3-for-11. That 3-for-11 includes a double in his first at-bat.

Kyle Teel (#3 Prospect; #27 in MLB)

Teel, 22, was the third prospect promoted to the Triple-A Worcester Red Sox this week. He has also participated in three games since the promotion, but he has not fared as well as Anthony, going just 0-for-9 with two walks and five strikeouts.

Braden Montgomery (#4 Prospect; #59 in MLB)

Boston's first-round draft pick from this year, Montgomery, 21, now resides within the top 100 prospects in MLB. He has not appeared in a professional game yet this season. He has, however, made throws like this one in his collegiate career:

Kristian Campbell (#5 Prospect; #80 in MLB)

After continuing to rake, Campbell, 22, now finds himself inside the top 100 for MLB prospects. He has demolished Double-A pitching this season, batting .367/.473/.588 with 26 extra-base hits, and 17 steals across 199 at-bats in 53 games.

Over the last weeka, Campbell has played in seven games. He has gone 8-for-26 in that time with five extra-base hits and three steals.
