Aliyah Boston and the Indiana Fever started the second half of their schedule in the 2024 WNBA regular season with a huge win, as they took down the Phoenix Mercury at home on Friday, 98-89.

Boston had a strong performance against Phoenix. She held her own against Brittney Griner, finishing the contest with 14 points, nine rebounds and four assists in 33 minutes of action.

Boston, however, was far from the only Fever player who had quite a night on the floor. Super rookie Caitlin Clark led all Indiana scorers with 29 points on an efficient 8-for-16 shooting from the field to go with 10 assists and five rebounds. Kelsey Mitchell racked up 28 points while also connecting on 50 percent of her attempts (11-for-22), including six 3-pointers.

"Everybody hooping," Boston said to the camera as she was making her way to the locker room after the game.

“You know what comes after Fever win? Bow, bow, bow.”

As a whole, the Fever didn’t look rusty despite coming off a long break. The hope for Indiana is that its players will sustain its form, as the Fever look to further strengthen their chances to make the 2024 WNBA postseason. At the moment, the Fever are seventh in the standings with a 12-15 record.
