Shortly before the game long snapper JJ Jansen and punter Johnny Hekker sent out a weather report for all of the fans heading to the game tonight as the Panthers host the Jets.

Jansen started off the report stating, “Alright everyone, we're checking in real fast, giving a quick weekend weather update. It is hot. We're doing it from under the shade because it is really hot out there, 88 degrees, light winds out of one of the directions and going to the other direction.”

Hekker took over as he described how the UV index and sun should affect the game tonight. “Yeah, UV index. Good, we've got some afternoon sun blocked by most of the upper level of the stadium, so risk of sunburn is low and fading.”

Jansen concluded the report with some added traffic info for all of the fans. “Also, it's Saturday afternoon, Saturday evening, so traffic shouldn't be too bad. So come on down to the old B of A and let's go win us a ball game.”
