Oregon offensive coordinator Will Stein gave his talented quarterback room a new nickname, dubbing the group "Killa Qs" in a post on his Instagram story on Sunday morning.

Stein posted a photo of five of his quarterbacks standing on the turf at Autzen Stadium while donning their practice uniforms, with the Fetty Wap song "Trap Queen" added as a soundtrack and a simple caption reading "Killa Qs".

From left-to-right, the photo features redshirt freshman Austin Novosad, true freshman Luke Moga, sophomore Dante Moore, senior Dillon Gabriel and redshirt freshman Brock Thomas.

Gabriel, one of the most experienced players in college football, and Moore, a consensus five-star recruit from the class of 2023 that initially committed to Oregon, have the Ducks' quarterback room making noise this offseason.

Back in May, PFF's Max Chadwick published a list titled "College Football: Top 10 quarterback rooms ahead of the 2024 season."

Topping the list was Georgia's room, which features current projected starter Carson Beck in addition to a number of high-end recruits such as Jaden Rashada and Gunner Stockton, but Oregon wasn't far behind.

The Ducks were listed at No. 2, led by the sixth-year senior in Gabriel and the former five-star in Moore, who "flashed high-level arm talent as a true freshman last year for UCLA" according to Chadwick.

Both players should expect to see the field at least some in 2024, with Gabriel chasing the all-time passing yards record at the FBS level and Moore hoping to initially fulfill his hype as a recruit as a second-stringer at Oregon.

Meanwhile, Moga, Novosad, Thomas and true freshman Ryder Hayes, who wasn't pictured on Sunday, will look to carve out their roles as youngsters behind the pair of headliners.

The "Killer Qs" will take the field for the first time in 2024 next Saturday, as the Ducks host Idaho in both teams' season-opener. Kickoff is set for 4:30 p.m. PST on Big 10 Network.
