Zac Taylor's Surprising Revelation About Star Wide Receiver Tee Higgins

Cincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor spoke to the media Monday morning and revealed some surprising yet very optimistic news in regards to what he has seen from star wide receiver Tee Higgins , who signed the franchise tag with the team this off-season.

"[Tee Higgins] looks as good as he has ever looked." Taylor said.

This is a monstrous season for Higgins. He was seeking a long-term deal and very well could've held out. But he wanted to be there for his teammates, which is why he signed the franchise tag, which is worth roughly $21.8 million guaranteed this season. He showed up as a full participant from day one. Exemplifying his leadership and maturity.

Higgins found the end zone on the very first drive of preseason for the Bengals and hasn't played since. Cincinnati moves very candidly when it comes to playing the starters in preseason, but nonetheless, Higgins has been astoundingly productive and impressive throughout camp this summer and seems to be ready to go for Week one against the New England Patriots.
