LeBron James Praises His Wife With Heartfelt Statement

High school sweethearts. LeBron and Savannah James have been through it all together. LeBron has been in the media since his high school days at St. Vincent-St. Mary , and despite all the attention he received, his love for Savannah never wavered.

LeBron was asked about the impact of his wife and the role she has played in contributing to his playing career in the NBA.

“She’s the best. Without her, I wouldn't even be in this position.” James said via Andscape & Complex .

James also spoke on what it was like to have his family at the Paris Olympics alongside him.

"To have my wife and my two boys and my daughter here and the rest of my family here, it was everything.” James added.

James is now 39 years old, and he and Savannah's oldest son, Bronny , was selected by the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA Draft. Now giving LeBron the opportunity to play with him, which he has made clear in the past, would be a dream come true. This will be the first time ever a father and son share the court on the same team.

James is coming off a gold medal victory for Team USA at the Paris Olympics. Despite being one of the oldest players in the tournament, he brought home MVP. Another milestone reached.

Everyone has a rock. It can be whoever gives you that outlet to be yourself and the person you can rely on. Savannah is LeBron’s rock, and without her, who knows what LeBron James would've become.
