Angel Reese has yet to complete her first WNBA season, but is already etched in the Chicago Sky's history books.

The rookie forward just set the mark for most offensive rebounds in a single season, passing Sylvia Fowles who grabbed 117 offensive boards in 2013. Reese has now hauled in 118 offensive rebounds with still 13 games left in the season to add to her record.

After Reese set the franchise record in the team's loss to the Phoenix Mercury on August 18, the Sky took to social media to send a message to the standout rookie.

"Joining elite company is just an everyday occurrence for @Reese10Angel at this point," the team wrote in a post on X .

Reese has averaged 5.0 offensive rebounds per game so far in her rookie season and 12.3 total rebounds.

The former LSU star has already made her mark on the WNBA history books, setting the record for longest streak of consecutive double-doubles with 15. She also became the fastest player in history to record 20 double-doubles, reaching the mark in just 27 career games.
