Urban Meyer Issues Incredibly Bold Ohio State Take Ahead Of 2024 Campaign

There's a lot of hype surrounding Ohio State football heading into the 2024 campaign, and it's not exactly hard to see why.

With a roster full of talented playmakers on both sides of the ball, and a savvy coach in Ryan Day leading the way, the Buckeyes look like one of the best teams in the nation.

The team has caught the attention of one of their former head coaches in Urban Meyer with the new season right around the corner. Meyer boldly declared that he believes that this current Ohio State team is so good that it may just be the best college football roster in the last decade.

This is a pretty big claim from Meyer, especially considering how Ohio State isn't really believed to be the best team in the nation right now, with many folks ranking Georgia above them.

Meyer is right in noting there is quite a bit of NFL-caliber talent on their team, though, and if they can put all the pieces of the puzzle together, it could result in a historic year.

Only time will tell if the Buckeyes can live up to Meyer's expectations, but it's obvious that he has some high hopes for his former team heading into the upcoming season.
