A long-standing tradition in the NFL, rookie performances are always fun to watch, and while some are funny and lighthearted, a few rooks manage to actually showcase their genuine singing talent, and a dual-threat star for Utah last year made waves with his performance.

Sione Vaki made a name for himself in 2023 after an injury-ridden campaign for Utah allowed the safety to take a shot at RB, which he took full advantage of and flourished in the role, so much so that he declared for the NFL Draft as a result.

Last season, Vaki rushed for 317 yards and 2 touchdowns on 42 attempts while also catching 11 passes for 203 yards and 3 touchdowns. The multi-faceted athlete also made an impact on defense, tallying 51 total tackles, 1 interception, and 2 passes defended.

Now a full-time running back for the Detroit Lions, the fourth-round pick has 51 rushing yards on 10 carries while also racking up 60 receiving yards on 4 receptions in the preseason.

However, despite his solid performances, Vaki has gone viral for his singing voice, even promoting Lions HC Dan Campbell to say that the running back's voice is the "best voice" he's ever heard during a rookie performance and that it's "pretty phenomenal."

A triple threat on and off the field, Vaki will have the eyes of the Utah Faithful on him throughout his rookie season and his career to see his growth and eventual rise to RB2 or even RB1 status.
