The City of Brotherly Love will always show respect and admiration for former Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Nick Foles. He was the first, and only, quarterback to bring a Lombardi Trophy to Philly with a commanding win over Tom Brady and the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LII.

Foles threw for 373 yards and three touchdowns in the win. Let’s not forget the “Philly Special” where he also caught a touchdown pass in the Super Bowl on his way to MVP honors.

On a recent appearance on the Green Light with Chris Long podcast, Foles reflected on his time with the team.

"That locker room in Philadelphia, you could play for so long because of the brotherhood and everything about that city and that team," Foles said.

"Even when I look back at my career, I'm so grateful for the other teams I played for besides Philadelphia because they gave me an opportunity to play, they gave me an opportunity to be a part of their organization and their city, but when I look back at my career, the only time I felt at home was Philadelphia."

Eagles fans everywhere love Nick Foles for what his did for the team and the town. It’s good to know the feeling is mutual.
