The Detroit Lions fell short of their Super Bowl goals last season as they squandered a first-half lead to Coach Kyle Shanahan and the San Francisco 49ers in the Bay Area during a highly disappointing NFC Championship Game.

Lions Coach Dan Campbell shared his Super Bowl aspirations with the media this offseason, adding that he "doesn't know what bust is" in reference to the famous "Super Bowl or bust" mantra.

"I don't see bust. I see Super Bowl," Campbell said back in late May. "I don't know what bust is."

With the Lions set to host their final preseason game against Mike Tomlin's Pittsburgh Steelers on Saturday at 1 p.m. ET, Campbell and his coaching staff got a vote of confidence from ESPN analyst Ben Solak, who ranked Detroit's staff higher than the 49ers, Baltimore Ravens and other contending teams, behind one other staff in the entire National Football League.

"There's not a single thing Campbell doesn't do right," Solak said in his coaching staff rankings, which included the Chiefs, Lions, Rams, 49ers and Ravens in that order among the top five teams.

Solak also had high praise for Ben Johnson, the Lions' offensive coordinator, and pointed out how respected defensive coordinator and former NFL defensive back Aaron Glenn is among his peers.

Johnson is "probably the best offensive coordinator on this list," Solak said , adding that Glenn received the most votes for the NFLPA's (NFL Players Association's) best coordinator.
