Knicks' Josh Hart Throws Shade at Pelicans

Josh Hart spent just over two seasons with the New Orleans Pelicans, and he does not think anyone would choose to be traded there.

On a recent episode of the Roommates Show with New York Knicks teammate Jalen Brunson, Hart took a shot at his former team, saying that they are not necessarily a popular trade destination.

"I don’t think you’ll ever hear someone say they were excited to be traded to New Orleans," Hart said.

Hart was sent to the Pelicans in the trade that sent Anthony Davis to the Los Angeles Lakers, and it seems that he did not necessarily enjoy his time in New Orleans.

The veteran wing averaged just under 11 points, seven rebounds, and a steal per game in his time with the Pelicans. He also shot fairly well, shooting 45 percent from the field and 33 percent from beyond the arc.

But now, he seems to be perfectly happy in New York, as he is a crucial part of what they are wanting to do going forward. He does whatever the team needs him to do, and he will be looking to do whatever it takes to help the Knicks become one of the best teams in the NBA this season.
