The Buffalo Bills have plenty of difficult decisions to make when it comes to deciding on the final 53-man roster Tuesday.

Making things even more difficult is the fact that one of the fan favorites remains in limbo on the roster.

Joe Andreessen is a native of the Buffalo area and an undrafted free agent signed to the team shortly following the 2024 draft. He's excelled in training camp practices and even preseason contests.

The Bills may have a spot for him after the last few weeks of strong play, but that doesn't mean his future is guaranteed.

“I don’t know what the future holds, obviously, so I’m just happy and excited to go out in front of my family and friends,” Andreessen said. “I think the biggest thing is trust and reliability aspect, whether that’s special teams or on the defensive part."

There is some hope when it comes to Andreessen's chances of making the 53-man roster on Tuesday.

For starters, Matt Milano's biceps injury could keep the Buffalo native on the roster as a role and special teams player. There's also the fact that the nearly 20 players currently hurt on the Bills roster would push them to try and find a way to keep those that are actually healthy.

In that regard, Andreessen could very well make the team in 2024.
