Commanders Stadium Drink Prices Leaked; Bring Your Wallet

    By Wil Riggs,

If you go to any professional football game and walk through the parking lot, you can bet there will be plenty of food, fun, and frosty adult beverages. Based on a recently leaked photo of drink prices at Commanders Field, Washington Commanders fans are likely to pregame even harder.

Someone took a photo of the drink prices at Commanders Field and posted it to social media and all we can say is…. Bring your wallet.

Let’s just start with non-alcoholic beverages. $8 for a Gatorade, $7 for a bottled soda, and $6 for a bottled water. These prices would seem exorbitant if not for the prices for adult beverages.

Keep in mind, there are no sizes attached to these aside from “regular” and “large”.

A large domestic beer is $16.49. Large, presumably, is probably around 16 oz. How the heck can you afford more than one beer at a game that is 4 hours long?

And if you drink a “spiked seltzer/lemonade”, which would include Mike’s Hard Lemonade and White Claws, you will be $18.49 per drink.

Look, we get it, the new owners paid $6 Billion for the franchise last year, but passing the cost off to loyal fans through these outrageous drink prices is crazy.

You can bet that tailgates in Landover are going to get a lore more rowdy as fans supplement their drinking by consuming more alcohol in the parking lot than in the stadium.
