WNBA veteran and Los Angeles Sparks guard Lexie Brown recently joined the "Gil's Arena" show hosted by former NBA star Gilbert Arenas, where she shared her thoughts on Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark and Chicago Sky forward Angel Reese.

Brown believes Clark's passing ability and Reese's rebounding prowess have been extremely impressive in their first season in the WNBA.

She seems to have major respect for the two rookies, given their lengthy resumes as 22-year-olds.

“Caitlin [Clark's] passing ability was going to trump the scoring ability," Brown said. "But the way she sees the court & passes the ball is really impressive… The way [Angel Reese] goes after the rebounds, no matter… She plays hard as sh**.”

Brown has been in the league since 2018. She was a former No. 9 overall pick to the Connecticut Sun and has since played for the Chicago Sky, Minnesota Lynx, Sparks, and Sun.

The 29-year-old is currently averaging 8.1 points, 3.3 assists and 2.3 rebounds with the Sparks. She's been dealing with an illness lately, which has had her sidelined the past few games for L.A.

The talented Sparks guard is surely right on her input of Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese.

Both guards have been battling all season for the Rookie of the Year award, each of which has a strong case to take home the trophy.

Reese has averaged 13.5 points and 12.9 rebounds per game, being the only rookie to average a double-double while leading the league in average rebounds.

Clark has also posted great numbers, averaging 17.9 points and 8.3 assists per game. She leads all rookies in both categories and leads the WNBA in average assists.

Does anyone remember June 16? That was the hard flagrant foul from Angel Reese on Catlin Clark. Catlin Clark did the same thing even worse to Jordin Canada last night. It's funny when the narrative changes.✌🏿❤️✊🏿
