Alabama among the top teams in 2025 recruiting class

It cannot be said anymore that the job Kalen DeBoer has done with Alabama recruiting has exceeded a lot of expectations.

Alabama has big time talent ready to head to Tuscaloosa for the 2025 season. Those headlining the class are five-stars Keelon Russell , Ty Haywood , Caleb Cunningham , and Dijon Lee , along with four-stars Akylin Dear , Justin Hill , and Chuck McDonald .

247 Sports currently ranks Alabama with the second best recruiting class for 2025, with Ohio State claiming the No. 1 spot.

After a big week of numerous commitments, On3 would release an updated ranking of the top recruiting classes for 2025 on Monday morning. On3 Recruits provided the Top 10 graphic on X .

Many critics questioned if anyone could duplicate the success that former head coach Nick Saban provided for the university. Not only just winning, or national titles, but in recruiting as well.

DeBoer still has roadblocks and challenges to recruit at the SEC level, but the stellar job he has done so far has opened a lot of eyes, and has kept the conversation centered around Alabama football.
