Jordan Chiles Drops Major Hint About Immediate Gymnastics Future

    By Michael Gallagher,

USA gymnast Jordan Chiles has been keeping a low profile since she was stripped of her Olympic bronze medal nearly two weeks ago.

The 23-year-old has been off social-media and she hasn’t spoken publicly about the bronze-medal controversy aside from a lengthy statement she released on her X and Instagram pages on Aug. 15.

But Chiles’ recent silence doesn’t means she’ll be out of the public eye permanently, and her latest Instagram story appears to be proof of that.

Chiles posted a photo on Monday outside of the World Champions Centre, the gymnastics, tumbling, cheer and parkour gym in Spring, Texas where she trains with the rest of her Olympic teammates including Simone Biles, Suni Lee, Jade Carey and Hezly Rivera.

Chiles is still advertised as being part of the Gold Over America Tour this summer, and her Instagram story likely signals that she’s training in preparation for the event.

Biles posted a photo at the WCC two days prior with the caption “first day back” as she gets back to training after injuring her calf at the 2024 Paris Olympics and spending some time in a walking boot.

The GOAT tour, described on the event’s website as a “pop concert-style spectacle” that will showcase “an exhilarating display of jaw-dropping athleticism and high-energy choreography with an inspirational message of hope, strength, resilience, and determination,” will make more than 30 stops across the U.S. and showcase some of the top gymnasts in the country.
