Simone Biles Reveals the Gymnastics Move Her Husband Hates

Chicago Bears safety Jonathan Owens is already used to seeing gravity-defying and mind-blowing gymnastics moves, thanks to his wife and USA Gymnastics icon Simone Biles. Despite that, however, there is one particular skill that he absolutely hates: the wolf turn.

Biles admitted as much in a recent post on Threads, highlighting that the said move really annoys Owens.

" my husband - 'man I hate wolf turns,'" Biles wrote.

To be fair to Owens, the wolf turn has been labeled as a " deceptively difficult gymnastics turn ," according to Vox. With that said, it's not a surprise why he doesn't like it.

Having probably watched Biles do the wolf turn a number of times, Owens understands how difficult it is and how one wrong move can ruin everything.

So what exactly is a wolf turn? According to Gymnastics HQ, it's a skill where the gymnast starts in a squat position with one leg stretched out. The gymnast then stretches their arms and rotates before returning to their original position.

While it may look easy when watching it, the move is apparently really difficult, especially on the balance beam. But that is why many elite gymnasts try it as well, since it adds an extra point value for difficulty.

As for Jonathan Owens, though, just don't expect Simone Biles to get him to try the move any time soon.
