Cleveland Browns fans know Nick Chubb as the relentless, hard-hitting running back who rarely shows emotion, maintaining an all-business demeanor both on and off the field.

So when photos circulated of Chubb modeling Abercrombie & Fitch's latest NFL gear, it caught some Dawg Pound members off guard.

"Didn’t expect to see Nick Chubb modeling for Abercrombie on my bingo card this year," one fan wrote.

The company's Choice of Chubb as the model for the shirts is good marketing. He's a fan favorite in Cleveland and loved by just about everyone.

"Haven't worn Abercrombie in 15 years might have to change that soon," another fan noted.

Chubb is working his way back from a devastating knee injury he suffered in Week 2 last season against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The four-time Pro Bowler had both his ACL and MCL repaired.

He'll start the season on the PUP list and will miss at least the first four games. The Browns are hoping he'll return shortly after that.

"He’s a huge part of everything we’re doing, he’s in every meeting," Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski said. "He’s working very hard.”

Chubb has collected 6,511 yards and 48 touchdowns in 77 career games — all with the Browns. He’s averaging 84.6 yards per game and 5.3 yards per carry.

With Chubb out, the Browns will rely on a running back committee that includes Jerome Ford, D'Onta Foreman and Pierre Strong Jr. Cleveland kicks off their season on September 8 against the Dallas Cowboys.
