Robert Griffin III Has Blunt Deion Sanders Message for Paul Finebaum

Colorado opened their 2024 campaign with a 31-26 victory over North Dakota State on Thursday night, and while it wasn't the prettiest victory, it was still a win.

Deion Sanders did enough to lead the Buffaloes to their first victory of the season, and in the process, they drew in quite a few viewers once again.

With the game being on ESPN, it averaged 4.8 million viewers throughout the broadcast. After Robert Griffin III came across these numbers, he took a shot at Paul Finebaum, who had come under fire for claiming that Colorado was no longer relevant ahead of the 2024 campaign.

While the Buffaloes may not exactly be competing for a National Championship, they have some big names, such as Sanders and his two sons, Shedeur and Shilo, as well as two-way star Travis Hunter.

With those guys headlining their games, you can bet that fans are going to be tuning in to watch Colorado's games all season long.

So despite Finebaum's recent claims, it's clear that Sanders and Colorado are here to stay, which Griffin was intent on reminding folks of after their big season-opening win.
