On Friday night, August 30, Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever traveled to the Windy City and defeated Angel Reese and the Chicago Sky 100-81. The Fever have now taken control of the sixth seed in the WNBA playoff race with a 16-16 record.

Clark was pulled late in the fourth quarter with the game all but over, and she still was able to tally 31 points and 12 assists.

In doing so, the former Iowa Hawkeyes star has broken another WNBA record. She has now recorded five games with 20 or more points and 10 or more assists, the most ever in a single season in WNBA history, according to StatMamba.

Additionally, Clark became the first WNBA player ever to have multiple career games with 25 or more points, 10 or more assists and five or more three-pointers.

Clark had an outstanding shooting night, going five-of-9 from beyond the arc, including a couple of logo threes.

Clark's rookie season has been full of record-breaking performances, and Friday night was no exception.

In the Fever's previous game against the Connecticut Sun, Clark broke the WNBA record for most assists in a rookie season. Earlier in the year, the point guard notched the first-ever triple-double by a WNBA rookie.
