Aliyah Boston's Intense Moment With Caitlin Clark Is Turning Heads
By Chris Phelps,

The Indiana Fever have created one of the WNBA's best dynamic duos with their two No. 1 overall picks: forward Aliyah Boston and guard Caitlin Clark. On Friday, August 30, the two stars put on another show on Friday against Angel Reese and the Chicago Sky.
It took a few games for the two to build chemistry, but since the WNBA's return from the Olympic break, they have been clicking on all cylinders, going 4-1 in their first five games in August.
But Clark and Boston had a little heated exchange during the Sky game.
When Boston was shouting at what seemed to be a referee, Clark grabbed her by the jersey and pulled her into the Fever's huddle. Boston was not a fan of this and had some words for her teammate before looking back towards the official.
Earlier in the game, Clark was seen barking at the officials herself and was held back by an assistant coach, who is likely being extra careful with Clark as she is two technical fouls away from a suspension. But Boston is usually calm-minded, so Clark grabbing her probably caught the former South Carolina star off guard.
This heated exchange between Clark and Boston grabbed WNBA fans' attention, taking to social media to leave their thoughts.
"Caitlin gotta be careful with that snatching people up. Aliyah Boston DID NOT appreciate that. She was at the officials, but that& was a separate anger specifically for CC."
"Caitlin Clark tries to calm Aliyah Boston down during her crashout"
"Aliyah Boston had to check CC about grabbing her"
"she didn’t have to yank my girl like that"
Both Clark and Boston made the 2024 WNBA All-Star team and have the Fever in a great position to make the playoffs for the first time in eight years. With a win, the Fever will take over the sixth seed as they hold the head-to-head tiebreaker with the Phoenix Mercury.
