LeBron James Made His Opinion of Caitlin Clark Extremely Clear After Angel Reese Rematch

LeBron James is a big fan of Caitlin Clark. The Los Angeles Lakers star made that abundantly clear after the rookie and the Indiana Fever took down Angel Reese and the Chicago Sky on Friday, August 31.

Clark led the way for Indiana in the game, exploding for 31 points, four rebounds and 12 assists as the Fever took a dominant 100-81 win. It was supposed to be a battle between the two top rookies in the WNBA, but while Angel Reese had a double-double of 10 points and 11 rebounds, her efforts were not enough to counter Clark.

The Fever guard made history in the process, recording the most 20-point, 10-rebound games in a season ever. She also now has 11 double-doubles overall, tying the record for most by a guard in a single campaign.

After witnessing Clark pick the Sky apart with her passing and scoring, James showed how impressed he is of the Fever All-Star. The Lakers forward also called out the haters who doubted and continue to criticize her.

"CAITLIN CLARK!!!!! HI HATERS," James wrote.

Caitlin Clark certainly deserves the recognition she got from LeBron James. After all, she was sensational in the showdown against the Sky that many expected to be close.

Prior to Friday's game, the Fever had lost their last meeting with the Sky after blowing a 15-point lead. This time, Clark didn't allow that to happen, with Chicago unable to find a way to slow her down.

Clark made five triples in the contest as Indiana led by as many as 27 points. The Sky went up early and found themselves ahead by 13 at one point, but the Fever were just too much for them, especially with Chennedy Carter out.

Aside from his praise of Clark, James also shared a post from the NBA highlighting the "masterful performance" of the Fever rookie.

Clearly, James loved how the rising star played against one of their biggest rivals.
