Jordan Chiles has officially ended her social media hiatus , and her USA Gymnastics teammate Suni Lee couldn't be any happier for her.

Chiles marked her social media return on Thursday, August 29, with a video of herself joining the latest dance trend on TikTok. She captioned her post, "baby jo back on tiktok" along with a winking face with tongue emoji.

The video quickly went viral and garnered plenty of reactions, with over 2000 people commenting on it more than 48 hours since she posted it. Among those who reacted was Lee, who expressed her delight at Chiles' return.

    "There's that smile," Lee wrote.

As Suni Lee said, it's certainly great to see Jordan Chiles doing her best to get back to her normal routine. During the 2024 Olympics, she and the rest of the team often update their fans with video updates and some behind-the-scene looks during their events.

Unfortunately, Chiles had to take a break from social media following her Olympic medal controversy. She was subjected to plenty of hate messages and criticisms, although she's also a victim of the whole ordeal.

For those not in the know, Chiles won the floor exercise final of the 2024 Olympics after her coach, Cecile Landi, challenged her difficulty score. The judges agreed she should be given an extra 0.10 point, increasing her score from 13.666 to 13.766.

From fifth place, Chiles was elevated to third. Meanwhile, Romanian gymnast Ana Barbosu, who initially placed third and was already celebrating before Chiles got the extra score, dropped to fourth.

Eventually, however, Chiles was stripped of her bronze medal after the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) voided Landi's challenge. The International Gymnastics Federation ended up restoring the rankings, with Chiles in fifth and Barbosu in third.

While USA Gymnastics is still appealing the decision to the Swiss Federal Tribunal, it's clear Chiles is trying her best to move on and focus on what's next for her.

Hopefully, fans will get to see more video updates from Chiles on TikTok and social media. Maybe she, Suni Lee, Simone Biles and the rest of the 2024 USA Gymnastics women's team can collaborate on a video as well.
