If it seems like Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark breaks a new record during every game, it's because she does. During the Fever's 100-81 win over the Chicago Sky on August 30, Clark put on yet another masterful performance.

The rookie scored a career-high 31 points with 12 assists and 4 rebounds, becoming the first player in WNBA history to register three games in a season with 25+ points and 10+ assists. Clark previously broke the WNBA's single-game assist record (19) before breaking the rookie record for assists on the season.

The 22-year-old also broke the rookie record for amount of three's scored in a season. The previous record was held by the Atlanta Dream's Rhyne Howard, the No. 1 overall pick in 2022 who went on to become Rookie of the Year. However, it's not just how many baskets Clark is sinking from beyond the arc, which is 93 and counting, it's how she's doing it.

The Fever shared an impressive stat regarding Clark's signature logo threes that immediately turned some heads.

The Fever posted, "Caitlin Clark is taking and making deeper threes than some of the best shooters in the NBA. our rookie of the year is different."

Thus far, Clark's average distance on threes is further than the best three-point shooter in the NBA, Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry, along with Dallas Mavericks stars Luke Doncic and Klay Thompson during those respective players' best seasons. The Fever's "Rookie of the Year" comment also raised some eyebrows.

While Indiana made sure to include "our" in the post, sharing the message one day after playing against Sky forward Angel Reese can't be ignored. Reese scored her 23rd double-double during the Sky's loss to the Fever, the most ever by a rookie in a single season. Reese's final rebound of the evening, her 399th on the season, also broke Tina Charles' rookie record.

While Reese is having an incredible year, with just eight games left in the season, it appears Clark has emerged the clear favorite to win the WNBA's Rookie of the Year award.
