Miami Wide Receiver Injures Florida Defender With Nasty Spin Move

Miami is hacksawing through The Swamp right now, blasting rival Florida while making one highlight after another.

The drive, which put the Hurricanes up by three touchdowns, got a big boost from star wideout Xavier Restrepo, who put a couple of Floride defenders in the spin cycle to manufacture one of the day's most impressive plays.

Restrepo entered the season as one of the ACC's top returning wideouts, and he is one of the three stars — Cam Ward and Damien Martinez the others — spearheading this offense. Well, through 2.5 quarters, he'd already had this sick highlight and racked up 112 receiving yards and a touchdown.

That last play really sent fans into pandemonium once the clip hit X.

"CRAZY SPIN MOVE THERE SHEESH," commented a user named tboe.

"That spin move was nasty!" BS93 said.

This comment may have been the funniest one:

Poor Asa Turner, too. The Florida DB got all turned around when Resrepo pulled off that magic. Unfortunately, he did appear to hurt himself to some degree during the play, so we hope all is well with him.

That wasn't Restrepo's only highlight, either. On the team's first possession, he yanked his body backward to make a remarkable catch that would have flown well behind the shoulders of your average receiver.

Then, Restrepo was responsible for the touchdown that really started to break the game away. He scored to make it 24-10 after UF had just cut the lead to seven. Plus, that last spin move helped Miami finish off another TD drive and put the score out of reach at 21.
