Jo Adell is on track to achieve a unique milestone in the 2024 MLB season. The Los Angeles Angels right fielder recently showcased his power by hitting two home runs in a game against the Seattle Mariners, bringing his season total to 20. This performance helped the Angels secure a comeback victory, finishing the game 5-4.

Adell's season has been a mix of highs and lows. Despite his impressive home run count, he is batting .212 with a .697 OPS and a .283 on-base percentage. If he manages to finish the season with at least 20 home runs and 15 stolen bases while maintaining a low on-base percentage, he would join a rare group of players who have accomplished this feat.

At just 25 years old, Adell still has time to develop into the player the Angels envisioned when they drafted him 10th overall in 2017. The Angels will face the Mariners again soon, with Caden Dana making his major league debut on the mound for Los Angeles.
