On Sunday afternoon, Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever will take on Arike Ogunbowale and the Dallas Wings for the second time this season. The Wings took the first game right before the Olympic break by a final score of 101-93.

Clark has been the best passer in the WNBA throughout her rookie season, averaging 8.3 assists per game, the most in the league. But Clark was the No. 1 overall pick for her passing and scoring, ending her college career with the Iowa Hawkeyes with the most career points in NCAA history.

Before the Fever vs. Wings battle, Clark opened up about her shooting during her first WNBA season and revealed what she hasn't gotten used to just yet.

"I think I'm definitely taking harder shots," Clark said. "I'm contested pretty well on a lot of shots. I honestly make a lot of the harder ones and miss the easier ones. I'm not always used to being wide open sometimes when I catch and shoot threes and stuff like that."

Clark is averaging 18.4 points per game, second on the Fever behind fellow All-Star Kelsey Mitchell. She is shooting 33.7% from three, which is 4.0% lower than her career average in college.

According to the WNBA, Clark is shooting just 26.7% on pull-up three-pointers, where she shoots off the dribble usually when wide-open. Comparing that to her 37.3% shooting on step-back three-pointers, where she is generally covered and forced to make the step-back move, her above admission is pretty accurate.

Clark has led Indiana to a 16-16 record. With their win over the Sky on Friday, they tied the Phoenix Mercury in the standings. Since they hold the head-to-head advantage over Phoenix, the Fever sit with the sixth seed in the WNBA playoffs.
