The pressure is on for Philadelphia Eagles coach Nick Sirianni to produce this year. He hired offensive coordinator Kellen Moore this offseason to revamp and re-energize the unit as a while.

Moore is entering his sixth-year as a coordinator after spending four years with the Dallas Cowboys before moving to the Los Angeles Chargers last season.

He was released from his contract when the Chargers moved in a different direction and brought in head coach Jim Harbaugh who, in turn, brought in his own guys.

Moore landed in Philadelphia and has got to be ecstatic to work with one of the most talented offensive units in the league. Offensive guard Landon Dickerson, in an interview with Cayden Steele of the NJ Advanced Media , revealed that Moore was “that guy” and could help the Eagles get to the big game - that is, the Super Bowl.

"I guess the best way to describe it would be like if you were trying to teach a kid Algebra," Dickerson said about how Moore taught his offense. "You wouldn’t hop straight into Algebra for a fifth grader. You would say, 'Alright, we start with addition and subtraction and then go to multiplication and from there move up.' That’s kind of how it works."

Moore was the play-caller for a top-five offense all four years he was in Dallas. This Eagles team on paper looks to be talented enough to accomplish more of the same.
