Caitlin Clark torched the Dallas Wings on Sunday, September 1, with yet another scintillating performance . The rookie sensation helped lead the way for the Indiana Fever by dropping an eye-popping 28-point, 12-assist double-double. Indiana marked their fourth consecutive win on Sunday after taking down Dallas on their own home floor, 100-93.

Clark's incredible outing also included five triples, which is the second straight game wherein she's knocked down five deep balls. One of her treys from Sunday, however, stood out the most as the 22-year-old hit a tough fade-away three-pointer over two Wings defenders.

The play deservedly got the slow-mo treatment it deserved, which, unsurprisingly, quickly went viral on X, formerly Twitter.

The video has gotten close to 120,000 views within 10 hours of posting (as of writing).

That was a thing of beauty. So much so that the fans could not help but compare Clark's form to that of the greatest shooter of all time, Stephen Curry.

"wardell stephen curry," read a comment.

"That's literally Steph Curry..." said a supporter.

"Steph Curry in Paris," reacted another.

"I wish she understood that her release is just as fast as Steph’s and that she can get her shot off with little to no room," observed a viewer.

While Clark isn't exactly at the same level as Curry just yet, the mere fact that she is being mentioned in the same sentence as the former back-to-back NBA MVP is an undeniably prestigious honor.

Based on what we've seen from her thus far (she recently broke the all-time league record for most three-pointers by a rookie), Clark could very well be on her way to becoming the WNBA's version of Steph Curry -- and then some.
