Quincy Wilson made history at the Paris Olympics as he became the youngest-ever male track and field gold medalist.

Now, the 16-year-old is showing off his skills in another sport.

Wilson earned his medal as part of the 4x400 meter relay team in Paris. He ran in the opening leg of the first round, helping Team USA advance to the finals. Though Wilson did not compete in the final, he still won a gold medal when the United States finished first ahead of runner-up Botswana.

The teenager also became one of the biggest stars of the Paris Olympics, continuing to garner more spotlight after he returned home and went back to high school.

Wilson even got the chance to take the field in a different sport. The Washington Nationals called on the Virginia native to throw out the ceremonial first pitch at their September 1 game against the Chicago Cubs.

The team even bestowed a new nickname on Wilson.

"the FASTEST KID ALIVE," the team wrote in a post on X alongside an image of Wilson showing off his gold medal.
