Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray missed the first portion of last season due to an ACL Injury that he had sustained in the 2022 season, and he is looking to prove this season that he is fully back from that injury.

During a recent press conference, Murray recapped his accolades that he has received over the course of his career to remind people how good he was before he got injured.

"To go 43-0 in high school in Texas... Nobody else has done it. Go to college, win the Heisman. Get drafted No. 1 overall to the NFL, get drafted No. 9 overall to MLB. Again, no one’s ever done it," Murray said. "Offensive rookie of the year, two-time Pro Bowler. And I’m not 6-foot-7, 230 [pounds]. I don’t throw the ball 85 yards. I’m already behind the eight ball, I can’t afford to take any shortcuts, no pun intended."

Him listing off all of his accomplishments up to this point in his career did not sit right with former Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back LeSean McCoy, and he commented under an Instagram post what he thought about the former Heisman winner.

"Lol and what has that gotten u??? Mid NFL career??? What we talking bout," McCoy wrote on an Instagram post from MaxPreps that shared Murray's comments.

Murray was great leading up to his time in the NFL, but he has been inconsistent so far in the league. He has been off the field due to injury too much, and it has caused people to forget how good he is when he is playing.

He will be looking to prove McCoy wrong and get back to his old self this season now that the Cardinals drafted him a new weapon in Marvin Harrison Jr.
