Week 2 of the college football season is quickly approaching and features some must-watch games. The biggest one of them all is Fox's "Big Noon Kickoff" with the Texas Longhorns facing the Michigan Wolverines in Ann Arbor.

Both teams are ranked in the top 10 and entered the season in the College Football Playoff picture, so this is a huge game for both sides.

On Tuesday night, former UCLA Bruins head coach Rick Neuheisel, an analyst for CBS Sports, gave his prediction for the game and he picked Texas to win easily.

"They're not only going to win, they're going to whip 'em," Neuheisel said. "Texas is that much faster, they've shown their physical, they held Colorado State to less than 200 yards. It's not going to be a close game."

It might seem like a bold prediction given the game is In Ann Arbor, but the Longhorns looked every bit like a national title contender in Week 1.

Against Colorado State, the Longhorns got the 52-0 victory and even saw Arch Manning get some action and throw a touchdown pass.

Colorado State had a total of 192 yards in the game and they struggled to do anything offensively against an over-matched Texas team.

Neuheisel also explained how Sarkasiain has built Texas similar to how Kirby Smart built Georgia.

"The pomp and circumstance of this game is gonna be off the charts," Neuheisel stated. "What happened at Texas is what happened in Athens. Kirby Smart built Alabama in Athens. Steve Sarkisian is building Alabama in Austin."

Since coming to Texas, Sarkisian has a 25-14 record, including a trip to the College Football Playoff last year before losing to the Washington Huskies.

Michigan defeated Fresno State in Week 1 by a score of 30-10, but that game was even a one-score difference until the third quarter.

As of Wednesday, Texas is a 7.5-point favorite, so Neuheisel picking the Longhorns to win isn't very surprising. On the other hand, him picking the Longhorns to "whip 'em" and saying the game won't be close is a surprise.

That remark comes from a former coach, one who could not keep his job because he couldn’t win!

I've always been a Michigan fan but I think we're going to get spanked.
