Everyone Made the Same Joke About Patrick Mahomes After His Viral Week 1 Entrance

Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs will kickoff the 2024 NFL regular season with a Week 1 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday night.

Mahomes arrived at Kansas City's Arrowhead Stadium on Thursday evening, and the NFL posted the superstar QB's entrance on social media.

This past Saturday, collegiate quarterback Dylan Raiola made a very similar entrance for the Nebraska Cornhuskers' season opener against UTEP.

Raiola's uncanny resemblance to Mahomes sparked countless jokes on social media.

Now, Mahomes' Thursday night entrance is drawing similar jokes.

"Dylan Raiola watching Patrick Mahomes walk into a building," one fan wrote in the replies.

"Would have been funny if they called him dylan raiola," another said.

"Thought this was the qb from Nebraska," another added.

"Are we sure that’s not @HuskerFootball @RaiolaDylan," another wrote.

Mahomes himself acknowledged the comparison after Raiola threw for 238 yards and two touchdowns in the Cornhuskers' season-opening win.

"Lil cuzzo!!" Mahomes wrote in response to one of Raiola's highlight plays.

Mahomes and the Chiefs will kickoff against the Ravens at 8:20 p.m. ET on Thursday night.
