Red Raiders Announce Sellout for Nov. 9 vs. Deion Sanders, Colorado Buffaloes

The Texas Tech Red Raiders began their season with a narrow win over the Abilene Christian Wildcats in Week 1, and are preparing to face one of just two Pac-12 teams that remain in the Washington State Cougars in Pullman, Washington on Saturday.

But anticipation remains for some future games on the 2024 Red Raiders ' schedule, with maybe the biggest being the Nov. 9 matchup with the Colorado Buffaloes at Jones AT&T Stadium in Lubbock.

On Thursday, Texas Tech announced it has officially sold out its primary ticket inventory for the game.

It's already the second advance sellout of the season, joining the opener against Abilene Christian in Week 1 when 60,229 fans were on hand to watch a slim victory over the Wildcats.

Texas Tech announced over the summer that they had sold out all season tickets for the second straight year.

The Red Raiders have also announced they have limited inventory for the net three home games against North Texas, Arizona State and Cincinnati. After the trip to face Washington State, Texas Tech remains home for three in a row.

North Texas comes to town on Sept. 14 before the Red Raiders kick off Big 12 play against Arizona State on Sept. 21 and Cincinnati on Sept. 28.
