Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love was injured late in his team's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles on Friday, going down awkwardly after a hit and remaining on the turf in pain.

The Packers had made a late stop to force a field goal and took the ball with 22 seconds remaining in the game while trailing 34-29. Love then completed a 33-yard pass to Jayden Reed to move the ball to near midfield with 15 seconds left.

On the next play, Love was pressured and dumped the ball off to running back Josh Jacobs before being taken down hard, suffering an apparent leg injury. Love was in visible pain as the team's medical staff tended to him on the field and he was taken to the sidelines.

Backup quarterback Malik Willis came in for the final two plays of the game and was sacked before attempting a Hail Mary pass.

Fans shared prayers for Love after the injury, hoping the Packers quarterback may have avoided the worst.

"Hopefully Jordan Love is okay, love watching him play, was quietly a little nervous about this one, big win for the Good Guys," shared former Eagles center Jason Kelce in a post on X .

"Prayers up for sure," a fan responded to Kelce.

Despite the scary moments, Love was able to walk off the field with trainers at the conclusion of the game.
