Quinn Ewers and Texas Answer With Touchdown After Controversial Call

It wasn't the prettiest of first drives for the Texas Longhorns, but it ended with a nice touchdown pass from Quinn Ewers to DeAndre Moore.

Well, that was until Cam Williams was called for his third penalty of the drive, as the holding call negated the play altogether. The penalty pushed Texas back to 3rd-and-21, and they ended up having to settle for a field goal attempt, which kicker Bert Auburn missed.

The second drive saw the Longhorns move down the field quickly, going 53 yards in six plays. It ended with Quinn Ewers finding tight end Gunnar Helm in the end zone for a 21-yard touchdown.

The score gave Texas a 7-0 lead, which Michigan cut into a bit with a field goal.
