Bill Belichick Delivers Strong Six-Word Message to Tom Brady

Bill Belichick is wishing Tom Brady luck on his newest endeavor -- and sharing a reply to the quarterback's roast from earlier this week.

The two have followed similar career paths since leaving the NFL, with Brady signing a 10-year deal with Fox to serve on the network's top broadcasting team and Belichick adding several broadcasting gig after leaving the New England Patriots following the last season.

Brady is set to make his announcing debut on September 8 in a game between the Dallas Cowboys and Cleveland Browns, and Belichick took to social media to wish him the best.

"Good luck with your new gig," Belichick wrote in the caption of an Instagram video shared on Sunday.

Brady previously shared a reaction to Belichick's decision to branch out into social media. After the legendary Patriots coach joined Instagram, Brady shared a lighthearted message ribbing his former coach.

"Alright guys, party's over. Bill's here," Brady said in a video posted on Instagram. "It was a good run, but we have got to shut it down. Welcome, coach!"

In his video on Sunday, Belichick sent a reply to Brady.

"What do you mean the party's over? It's just getting started," Belichick replied.
