Tyreek Hill Breaks Silence on Sunday Morning Detainment with Two-Word Message

Tyreek Hill has had quite a day.

Prior to hauling in seven passes for 130 yards and a touchdown to help the Miami Dolphins pick up a 20-17 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars, he was briefly detained by police on his way to Hard Rock Stadium for the game.

Hill was briefly placed in handcuffs by police officers.

After scoring a crazy 80-yard touchdown for the Dolphins, Hill mocked the morning incident by jokingly placing his hands behind his back and having teammate Jaylen Waddle come over and handcuff him. After the game, Hill took a quick second to address the incident via a two-word message.

The whole situation was confusing, and the Miami-Dade police department quickly apologized to Hill and said it would review the incident.

It didn't seem to bother Hill too much, though. He went out and put together a dominant outing to open the 2024 campaign.

There will surely be more details on this incident coming out in the near future, but for the time being, Hill is likely going to move past it considering Miami managed to open the year with a win.
