KaVontae Turpin provided a jolt of energy for the Dallas Cowboys , returning a 60-yard punt for a touchdown early in the second half to extend the Cowboys' lead to 27-3 against the Cleveland Browns. Turpin's electrifying play came on the heels of a defensive stand by Dallas that had Browns fans booing their offense off the field.

Following a third-and-long situation, DeMarcus Lawrence broke through the Browns' offensive line, sacking quarterback Deshaun Watson for a 13-yard loss and forcing a quick three-and-out. The momentum swung sharply in favor of Dallas as Cleveland’s punt sailed toward Turpin, who wasted no time showcasing his speed and vision.

Turpin, fielding the ball cleanly, made one quick cut to elude the first wave of defenders before bursting down the sideline, weaving through traffic, and outrunning the Browns' special teams unit to the end zone. The 60-yard return sent the Cowboys’ sideline into celebration, putting Dallas up by 24 points early in the third quarter.

Turpin’s touchdown was the highlight of a game that has so far been dominated by Dallas' defense and special teams. The Cowboys have maintained relentless pressure on Cleveland’s offense, with Lawrence and the defensive front setting the tone early and often. The Browns' struggles to protect Watson have been evident, as they failed to generate significant offensive momentum.
