Suni Lee’s Fashion Week Outfit Draws Reaction From Coco Gauff

Being that she is now a full-fledged New Yorker , U.S. gymnast Suni Lee is seeing to it that she's taking part in the esteemed New York Fashion Week. This is also the 21-year-old's first appearance in one of the most anticipated fashion events on the planet, so Suni has gone out of her way to make sure that she makes a splash in her Fashion Week debut.

On Sunday, September 8, Lee took to Instagram to share some photos of her stunning Prada ensemble. Of course, the pictures were snapped while Suni was walking around the bustling streets of NYC.

The post, unsurprisingly, quickly went viral. As of writing, it's only been up for three hours but already, the photos have already amassed close to 150,000 likes.

There were more than a few comments on the post, too, with one of them coming from tennis icon Coco Gauff.

"loveeee😍😍" Gauff wrote.

Both Lee and Gauff are coming off their respective stints in the Paris 2024 Olympics. Suni went home with a gold (team all-around) and two bronze medals (individual all-around and uneven bars), which now makes her a six-time Olympic medalist.

Unfortunately for Gauff, who herself has seven singles titles to her name already, the 20-year-old was eliminated in the third round of the women's singles tennis tournament after losing to Croatian Donna Vekić in two sets.

Lee's post also got a similar reaction from UConn superstar Paige Bueckers.

"Fashion stunna," commented the projected No. 1 overall pick of the upcoming 2025 WNBA Draft.

Suni is going to be taking part in a few more events throughout Fashion Week, so fans can expect more eye-popping outfits from the young fashionista in the days to come.
