Former ESPN analyst David Pollack recently shared his thoughts on some of the best teams and players in college football, hosting a live podcast on X.

During his podcast, where Pollack was joined by Rivals football analyst Brent Rollins, Pollack gave his honest opinion of the Colorado Buffaloes.

While most of the attention usually surrounds quarterback Shedeur Sanders and wide receiver/cornerback star Travis Hunter, Pollack made sure to shout out talented pass catcher Jimmy Horn Jr.

He believes the veteran wide receiver is playing the game on "fast forward," and thinks he's a true "baller."

"Jimmy Horn is a baller," Pollack said. "You watch him, he looks like he's on fast forward on tape. He can fly."

In Horn's last game against the Nebraska Cornhuskers, a 28-10 loss for the Buffaloes, he recorded three receptions and 26 yards.

While those numbers don't jump off the stat sheet, Horn started the season with a barn burner. In Week 1 against the North Dakota State Bison, Horn produced seven receptions and 198 yards while hauling in one touchdown.

Horn is playing in his second season with the Buffaloes. He initially transferred before the 2023 season after playing two years with the USF Bulls.

In his final season with the Bulls, 2022, Horn recorded three touchdowns on 37 receptions and 551 receiving yards. His production has gradually improved every year, posting six touchdowns on 58 receptions and 567 yards in 2023.

The 5-foot-10 speedster seems to be catching the attention of college football analysts around the country. Horn is on pace to have his best season by a mile, and guys like Pollack credit that success to the talented receiver playing on "fast forward."
